Launching (or is that lunching?)

I launched (and lunched) myself into the blog-o-sphere and then a week later decided to create this site. Don't ever say I wasn't fully committed to my ideas...remember that little attempt at a half marathon earlier this year?

I hope you enjoy food because that's the main motivation behind this site --

I'd love your feedback and to learn what you'd like to know more about -- cooking, eating, or really just about anything.  This site is as much for me and my personal fulfillment as it is for you and my hope to teach and learn with you along the way!

And, just in case you were worried I might update without talking about food, here it is:

This is pretty flipping sweet! And that sandwich looks AMAZING! Good luck with the new site and really it's food, talking anything about food is good. But if you are looking for suggestions, talking about food/alcohol pairings is always interesting, especially if they aren't run-of-the-mill pairs. Other than that, you could do an around the world kinda thing, or spend time on specific ways of cooking... like focusing on baking, broiling, searing, grilling, stewing, roasting, etc. You know me, if you ever need something to talk about I can probably think of something!!!
